The Lounge is the largest room in the villa which has double opening patio doors out on to the patio area. The room is split into two areas the lounge area has 2 large sofas a coffee table and TV and the Dining room area has a large square dining room table with 6 chairs.

The Patio area is a large gated area which is accessible from the Lounge and Master Bedroom and leads out into the communal garden and outdoor pool.
The Patio area is a great suntrap with a retractable canopy for instant shade as well as 4 sunbed loungers. It also has an outdoor dining area with large table and 6 chairs plus a BBQ.

The Communal landscaped gardens are enclosed with a perimeter hedge and gated private to the condominium of ground floor and first floor apartments all overlooking a large swimming pool set in the middle.
The pool is split into two with one part deeper for swimming, paying and relaxing and the other part as shallow for paddling and small children (the pool is not manned by lifeguards).
There is an outdoor shower and plenty of space to put your sun lounger or lay towels out on the grass or paved area. The rear gate to the gardens leads to the available parking spaces if required.
